SolMatch uses non‑custodial wallet connections to authenticate users and enable certain features. We never access or store private keys. You are responsible for securing your wallet and devices. Some wallet or connection features are provided by third parties, which are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Acceptable Use (No Abuse)

• No harassment, hate, threats, or impersonation.
• No spam, scams, or market manipulation.
• No exploitation of vulnerabilities or interference with the service.
• No illegal activity or violations of applicable laws.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

User Content

You retain rights to your content. By submitting content to SolMatch, you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, store, reproduce, and display it for operating and improving the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to grant this license and that your content complies with these Terms and applicable laws.

No Financial Advice

SolMatch is a networking and collaboration platform. Information shared on SolMatch does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

The service may link to or integrate with third‑party services (e.g., wallets, analytics, infrastructure). We do not control and are not responsible for third‑party services, which are governed by their own terms and policies.
